Club Room Hall Hire   $150

Club Room Hall and Bar Only $250

Club Room and Kitchen Only  $250 ( with preferred club caterer, inc cleaning of kitchen)


$300 ( with own caterer, hirers must clean kitchen, Club Room, Kitchen and Bar)

$400 ( with preferred club caterer, inc cleaning of kitchen)


$450 ( with own caterers, hirer must clean kitchen)

Chardonnay Room Hire $75

Terms and Conditions

$200 bond (where applicable) is payable within seven days of confirmation of booking. (Bond is refundable if no damage to club facilities) PA System, Jukebox and Data projector available and included in hire fee. Bar staff are employed by the Loxton Football Club Only Strictly no BYO Alcohol Policy LFC reserve the right to request the presence of licensed security where applicable.


This service can be arranged by the club and invoiced to the hirer in addition to clubroom hire. Hall and kitchen areas are to be left by the hirers in a respectable condition. Any damage to facilities will be reported and payment of damages will be issued by the LFC management committee. LFC will issue a Tax Invoice inclusive of GST for all conditions of hire. The Loxton Football Club is a registered GST organisation.
